nooooo, haha. i hate working out. i went to the gym a few times last summer & hated it.
prior to getting my bike a few months ago, i didn’t really do regular exercise. now i cycle about 10miles every day which doesn’t sound like a lot but the frame on my bike is pretty heavy. after a couple of weeks, i noticed that the shape of my legs had changed which is cool as i always wanted to tone that area. i’m pretty lean anyway, as are both my parents, so i have genetics in my favour.
as for eating healthy, i guess now it’s 2nd nature but i stopped eating meat 8/9 years ago. i instantly lost half a stone (7lbs) which wasn’t my intention at all & i’ve not been able to gain that weight back since.
i mostly eat what i want, when i want. i cook most nights, take my lunch to work & make things from scratch. i make sure to have protein in my main meals - tofu, eggs (which i didn’t eat for like 6 years), veggie sausages, burgers, meatballs, chickpeas, kidney beans etc. i also try to eat 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day & make sure to have loads of brocolli or kale with my evening meal. i rarely fry food. i’m not sure why, i never really have done & my mother doesn’t either.
i still eat a lot of shit though. i’m in love with pizza, biscuits/cookies, chocolate, sweets. i have a crazy sweet tooth 😫
(wow, before answering this, i would’ve said that i don’t pay that much attention to what i eat but i guess i do!)
prep’d my overnight oats with coconut milk, agave, cinnamon & blueberries. my life has turned into a pinterest moodboard 😕
